Air Brakes Course

Learn the basic principals in the operation of air brakes in order to write the provincial certification exam. Classroom instruction includes a demonstration brake component board and hands on foundation brake. This course also includes 4 hours of practical hands on training on an air brake equipped vehicle, or your own vehicle if preferred.

This 20 hour course is held once a month. The course includes 16 hours of classroom theory usually held on a weekend. This is followed by a 4 hour practical session and test on the following Monday or Tuesday.
